At Wear50, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. Our Return and Refund Policy is designed to keep returns clear, fair, and straightforward.


Returns

Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Certain items, including custom products, perishable goods, and sale items, may not be eligible for return. Please check individual product descriptions for details.


Return Process

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

We will provide return authorization details and instructions.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

  • In some cases, items may need to be returned to our international warehouse. If so, return shipping costs remain the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or defective.

  • Once received, all returned items are inspected and you will be notified of approval or rejection.

Refunds
